Please read these General Terms carefully before purchasing any Product from our Online Store.

To place an order for any of our items, you must expressly accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept our Terms, you will not be able to place any order in our Hamzo online store.

Service Availability

1. Deliveries are made worldwide.

Customer Declarations and Conditions

2.1 By placing an order in our Hamzo Online Store, you declare and guarantee that:
2.1.1 You have the legal capacity to enter into contracts;
2.1.2 You are at least 15 years old and have the capacity to perform all actions related to the order;
2.1.3 You declare and guarantee that you are not purchasing the Products from the online store for resale or commercial exploitation, but for personal use only;
2.1.4 You do not use the Hamzo Online Store or the products purchased for any unlawful purposes, including fraudulent ones.

2.2 The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to Hamzo.

2.3 The Hamzo Online Store is intended for consumers and legal entities who use the goods purchased for internal consumption within their organizations, and not for professional or commercial resale activities.

2.4 Hamzo declines any responsibility for delays or impossibilities in processing or delivering an order resulting from incorrect or insufficient information provided by the Customer.

Formation of the Contract

3.1 Hamzo reserves the right to modify at any time the information presented about Products, prices, commercial terms, and services — including correcting any typographical errors. You should therefore always confirm the information displayed in the Hamzo Online Store before placing any order.

3.2 An order is a contractual proposal made by you indicating your intention to purchase the Product(s) included in it. You are considered to have placed an order when you submit it through our online purchase process.

3.3 Hamzo will only process an order after payment confirmation. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the availability of items until order processing begins.

3.4 Once your order is completed, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. All orders are subject to Hamzo’s acceptance of your purchase proposal. The proposal will only be considered accepted when we send you an email confirming that the Product has been shipped or has left the warehouse.

3.5 Hamzo may refuse the order in the following situations:
3.5.1 When any of the Products in the order are unavailable;
3.5.2 When payment is declined or cannot be confirmed;
3.5.3 If you do not meet the requirements set out in Clause 2.

3.6 Placing an order for Products in the Hamzo Online Store implies acceptance of these General Terms with each purchase made, so the Customer must read, understand, and accept them.

3.7 The contract will only be considered concluded when we send the Shipping Confirmation, and it will only cover the Products expressly identified therein. We are not obliged to sell Products until the order and respective payment have been validly made and both the Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation have been sent by us.

Availability and Delivery

4.1 For our Products, delivery will be made within an estimated period of fifteen (15) business days and always within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the Contract.

4.2 Hamzo will deliver the Products to the address you provided in the order (which cannot be changed after the order is submitted) and will use the contact details you provided. We only deliver Products to the Customer, so you must ensure that you are present at the delivery time or that someone authorized can receive and sign on your behalf. The Customer is responsible for ensuring someone is available at the delivery address. If you have not received the Products within the estimated period, you may contact Hamzo via our email support.

4.3 Hamzo will do its best to meet the delivery times indicated when the order is placed. Any delay in delivery does not entitle the Customer to any compensation, as long as it occurs within the maximum delivery period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

4.4 If delivery is impossible due to reasons attributable to the Customer, the order will be left at the nearest pick-up point to the indicated address. The Customer will have ten (10) days to collect the order; if not, Hamzo may terminate the Contract, and the Customer will be refunded the amount paid.

Price, Payment, and Invoicing

5.1 The price of the Products will be as indicated in the Hamzo Online Store at any given time, except for typographical or manifest errors that could reasonably be recognized by the customer as incorrect prices. Under Clause 3, Hamzo may refuse an order if the price of the selected products is incorrect.

5.2 The price of the Products displayed in our Hamzo Online Store includes shipping costs, unless expressly stated otherwise before placing the order. Additional shipping costs may apply depending on the delivery option selected during the checkout process.

5.3 The Hamzo Online Store accepts the following payment methods:
• Credit Card;
• PayPal Account;

Cancellation and Returns Policy

6.1 Without prejudice to the Customer’s legal right of withdrawal, the Customer may cancel an order within thirty (30) minutes after receiving the Order Confirmation from Hamzo, and always before receiving the Shipping Confirmation. To do so, the Customer must contact Hamzo support via email.

6.2 The Customer may also inform Hamzo at the time of delivery that they wish to return the Products. In this case, Hamzo will refund the amount paid in accordance with these General Terms.

6.3 If a cancellation (Clause 6.1) or return (Clause 6.2) request is accepted, Hamzo will refund the price of the Products concerned, usually using the same payment method used in the original order.

6.4 In case of product returns, the Customer must return the items intact, in good condition (without any damage or signs of use), in their original packaging in perfect and complete condition, and, when applicable, make them available for collection at the delivery address indicated in the original order. All Products will be inspected upon arrival at Hamzo, and only those meeting the return conditions will be accepted. The Customer is responsible for keeping the products in suitable condition for return within the stated period. Hamzo reserves the right to refuse products that do not meet these conditions.

6.5 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without incurring any costs within fourteen (14) days from the day following the day on which the Customer or a third party (other than the carrier) acquires possession of the goods.

Invalidity

7. If a court or competent authority declares that any clause of these General Terms or of the Contract is null, invalid, or ineffective, in whole or in part, that clause shall be deemed void only to that extent, and the remaining Terms shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Hamzo Online Store Website

8.1 We hold a license or intellectual property rights over the Hamzo Online Store and all materials or content contained therein. You may use the website, materials, and content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use or reproduction of the Hamzo Online Store or its materials or content is strictly prohibited.

8.2 We do not guarantee that the Hamzo Online Store will meet your needs, that it will be free from interruptions or errors, or that the store or its hosting server will be free of failures, interruptions, or computer viruses.

8.3 Although the Hamzo Online Store is designed to be generally available 24 hours a day, we accept no liability if it is inaccessible for any period of time. Access may be temporarily suspended without notice in the event of system failure, maintenance, or repair, or for reasons beyond Hamzo’s control.

Entire Agreement
