Shipping and Delivery Information
Standard processing time for orders is 2–3 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may be processed on the following business day. Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons. We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout.
Availability and Delivery
4.1 The estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days, but in accordance with legal requirements, the maximum delivery period is thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the Contract.
4.2 Hamzo will deliver the Products to the address you provided in the order (which cannot be changed after the order is submitted) and will use the contact details you provided. We only deliver Products to the Customer, so you must ensure that you are present at the delivery time or that someone authorized can receive and sign on your behalf. The Customer is responsible for ensuring someone is available at the delivery address. If you have not received the Products within the estimated period, you may contact Hamzo via our email support.
4.3 Hamzo will do its best to meet the delivery times indicated when the order is placed. Any delay in delivery does not entitle the Customer to any compensation, as long as it occurs within the maximum delivery period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
4.4 If delivery is impossible due to reasons attributable to the Customer, the order will be left at the nearest pick-up point to the indicated address. The Customer will have ten (10) days to collect the order; if not, Hamzo may terminate the Contract, and the Customer will be refunded the amount paid.
Free shipping policy for multi-item purchases
Customers who purchase two (2) or more products in a single order are eligible for free shipping, regardless of the destination country.
Please note that additional fees are not included in this offer.
This means that import duties, customs charges, or country-specific taxes — such as those commonly applied in destinations like the USA or Brazil — remain the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by the free-shipping promotion.
Amending a shipping address
We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with the tracking information for your shipment.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THE DELIVERY OF THEIR SHIPMENT ONCE AN ORDER HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE.
International shipping options and costs
International shipping rates vary. During checkout, we calculate shipping costs based on your location and the estimated weight of your package.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs or import fees required by their local authorities. These costs vary by country and are determined by customs officials upon arrival of the package.
Please be aware that:

Countries such as the United States, Brazil, and others may apply additional customs charges, depending on the value and type of goods imported.

Hamzo does not control these fees and cannot predict the exact amount that may be charged.

Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays beyond our estimated timeframes.

If customs fees are not paid and the order is returned, the shipping cost may not be refundable.
We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.
Failed delivery / returned to sender / abandoned packages
If your package cannot be delivered to the shipping address provided due to an incorrect address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (HAMZO) at the customer’s expense.
If the receiver is absent during all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local DHL center for pickup. If the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, it will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
For international customers, if you refuse receipt of your package, it will be returned to the sender at your expense. This includes shipping costs as well as any duty or tax the package may have incurred; these amounts will be deducted from the total refund.
Packages may be held at customs for up to 10 days. After this period, they may be deemed abandoned. Customers who abandon a package forfeit the right to an exchange or refund for their order.
Damaged / opened box
If you receive your package and it is damaged or appears to have been opened, please take a photo of the box before checking the contents inside. Submit a claim through the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at support@hamzostudio.com.
